Once you've received your Crust King Baking Steel, if you have second thoughts about your purchase, don't worry, as you have 14 days from receipt in order to return it for a full refund.

The product must be in new, unused condition, and the return shipping is to be covered by the buyer.

Please get in contact via email - contact@crustking.co.uk - with a brief explanation as to why you'd like to make a return, and one of our team members will be able to assist you.

Any returns received without prior contact will not be eligible for a refund.

Packing Your Return

Your order should be returned in the same packaging that it was delivered to you in, to prevent any damage during transit. If you no longer have this, then it must be packaged in something comparable.

If the returned item is damaged in transit due to improper packing, then a refund will not be given.​

Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. We cannot accept returns for products that have been used, unless it is clear that a manufacturing defect is present.
