The Crust King Baking Steel is made from solid carbon steel, which has exceptional properties for heat retention and distribution, giving you a perfect crust every time. The surface is blasted to achieve a consistent lightly textured surface, before the application of the CRUSTGLIDE coating.

Engineered for lower home oven temperatures up to 275°C/527°F. Just pre heat the Steel for at least 1 hour for optimum results.

Important

Prior to first use, give it a quick rinse with warm water and mild detergent to remove any residues from production, before drying it off and placing in your oven to pre-heat.
